Watch House

Watch House is an apartment in Fowey. It's at Caffa Mill, right by the water where they launch the boats.

It's modern inside and sleeps four. Two bedrooms and, usefully, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The living room and kitchen are upstairs. That's so you get the best view of the estuary. You can sit and watch the river traffic from there.

It's about a ten minute walk along the water into the middle of Fowey. Everything is there, shops, places to eat.

Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided. No pets.

From here you can walk the coast path in either direction. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline nearby. For a bigger day out, the Eden Project is about a 20 minute drive.
