The Pool House
The Pool House is in Tywardreath. It's behind our house, but it's completely separate. You have your own front door.
The main thing is you get your own heated indoor swimming pool. It's off the living room. You can just walk straight in, which is nice. You also have a small enclosed courtyard garden.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You can bring one dog.
The village has a shop and a pub, both about five minutes walk away. They're good. The pub does food.
You're about half a mile from the coast at Par Sands. It's a sandy beach. From there you can walk along the cliffs. Fowey is a short drive. It's a proper sailing town with narrow streets and cafes. The Lanhydrock House estate is nearby for walks and cycling.
The Eden Project is about a fifteen minute drive. You can also get the train from Par station, which is a short walk away. That lets you get to St Austell or up the line without the car.
For facilities, you've got the pool, the courtyard, a washing machine, parking, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included.
