The Stables
It’s called The Stables. It’s in Fowey, Cornwall. It’s a one-bedroom place, sleeps two.
It's an old barn conversion. You can see the beams. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable. It's clean and warm, not huge. There's parking right there.
You get a small garden at the front with a seat, and a private courtyard round the back. Nice spot for a coffee.
The stairs inside are a bit wide and open, just so you know. The bedroom's upstairs with the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cubicle.
It's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
It's about a ten minute walk down a woodland path to Readymoney Cove. It's a sheltered little beach. St Catherine's Castle is up on the cliff there.
Fowey itself is a proper sailing town. The harbour is nice. The shops and pubs are good. The Visit Cornwall site for Fowey has decent maps and ideas.
If you want to drive out, the Eden Project is about 20 minutes away. Bodmin Moor is maybe half an hour for a walk. You can find walks on the National Trust site for the area. The coast path is right there too.
