The Studio At Granny's Well
The Studio is at Mixtow, near Fowey in Cornwall. It's a two-storey building on a piece of land with a tidal creek at the bottom. There's a little pond with a waterfall in the garden too.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. There's a super kingsize in one that can be split into two singles if you need it. Both look out over the garden.
Upstairs is the kitchen and living area. It's open plan. There's a TV with Sky, a wood burner, and some old ship models on the wall. Folding doors open to a terrace. The kitchen has a decent amount of worktop and a dishwasher.
You're right on the creek here. If you bring a boat, you can put it in. It’s about a three minute drive to Fowey town. Good for pubs, shops, and the main harbour.
Being where it is, you'll need a car. The nearest supermarket is probably in St Austell, which is a 15-20 minute drive. The South West Coast Path is accessible from lots of points nearby. The National Trust have several places along the coast within half an hour, like Lanhydrock and Polperro.
Facilities: Washing machine, dishwasher, wood burner, WiFi, parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
