Forest Glade Lodge
Forest Glade Lodge is on a small holiday park near Lanlivery. It's the owners that run it, it's not a big corporate place. The lodge itself is detached, you've got your own space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and its own ensuite shower room. The other has twin beds. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is about right. It's clean, modern, and everything works. The living area is open plan, so it feels quite spacious. There's a big TV.
Outside is a private decking area. It gets the sun in the morning. You're looking out into the trees, it's peaceful.
The park has a wheelchair accessible entrance into the lodge, and there's parking right next to it.
You're about half a mile from a pub that does food. The nearest proper shop is in Lostwithiel, about three miles away. For a beach, you'd drive to Polkerris or Par Sands, that's about fifteen minutes. Fowey is close, maybe ten minutes by car. Nice for a wander, some good places to eat.
You're well placed for getting around. The Eden Project is roughly twenty minutes drive. Lanhydrock house is even closer. If you want to go further, both the north and south coasts are within half an hour.
Facilities: all the utilities are included. There's Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are provided. We can put a cot and a highchair in if you need them. No pets allowed, sorry.
