Trevellyan Barn is in Lockengate, between Indian Queens and St Austell. It's a detached stone barn that's been done up. The garden is enclosed and private, with a patio and a bit of grass. There's a summer house with some seating in it.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. One has a shower, the other a bath with a shower over it. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable.
Downstairs is the kitchen and the bedrooms. The main living area is upstairs. It's open plan with a wood burner. The stairs up to it are quite steep, just so you know.
You're about two miles from a shop and a pub. The closest proper beach is probably around eight or nine miles away, towards the south coast.
It's a good spot for getting out. The Camel Trail for cycling is about a 25-minute drive. The Eden Project is roughly 15 minutes away. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about 20 minutes.
For facilities, it's got pretty much everything: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, wood burner, BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. There's parking right there. No pets, sorry.
