This is Chapel Annex. It's in Dunmere, right by the old bridge over the River Camel. It's between Bodmin and Wadebridge. The building used to be a chapel, from the 12th century.
It's a one-bedroom place, just for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating. The living area is compact but there's a wood burner for cooler evenings. There's a private garden space that gets the sun until late.
You share a big communal garden and some private woodland with the other property here. There's a giant redwood tree and an old wall with a Medieval water feature. A gate from the garden takes you straight onto the Camel Trail. It's good for walking or cycling.
There's a pub about five minutes' walk away. Bodmin is close for shops. It's a good base for driving around. Padstow and Rock are about twenty minutes north. The Eden Project is roughly twenty minutes south. The north coast beaches, like those near Polzeath, are about half an hour by car.
For facilities: it has parking, wifi, a dishwasher, and bed linen is included. There's a walk-in shower. The entrance and main rooms are wheelchair accessible.
