The Coach House is just outside Bodmin, down a quiet lane. It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It's got a five star rating, which means it's been done up well but it's still comfortable. You're around a courtyard with a couple of other cottages. There are chickens wandering about.
The bedroom is upstairs. The living area is open plan downstairs with a wood burning stove. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Wifi works fine. TV is there. Parking is right outside.
You can have up to two dogs. They need to be kept on a lead outside because of the chickens and the other guests.
The local pub is about half a mile walk. It serves food. There's a shop about a mile and a half away in Bodmin.
You can walk to the Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway station from here. The trains go into Bodmin town. The Camel Trail is also walking distance. It's a flat, old railway line good for cycling or a easy walk along the river.
Bodmin Moor is a short drive away for proper walking. The north coast places like Tintagel, Boscastle, and Port Isaac are about half an hour by car. Padstow is a bit further, maybe forty minutes. The south coast, like Fowey, is about the same.
The Eden Project is roughly twenty minutes drive. Lanhydrock, a National Trust house, is close by too.
