This is Hoburne. It's a lodge on the Hoburne Holiday Park near St Mabyn, Cornwall. It's detached.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One has a super king bed or twins depending on what you need. The other has a super king that can be split into twins. So it works for two couples, or a family. It's clean and comfortable, everything's included.
You get a patio and a hot tub. There's parking right outside.
The holiday park has its own facilities. There's a bar and restaurant on site, and a golf course. The park is quiet but you're not isolated.
For beaches, you've got a few good choices about a 20 minute drive away. Polzeath is popular for surfing, Harlyn Bay is big and sandy, good for families. Port Gaverne is a quieter cove.
Bodmin is about six miles. That's where you'll find the big supermarket and the Bodmin Jail attraction. The Camel Trail starts there, you can hire bikes and cycle the old railway line towards Padstow.
Padstow is maybe a 25 minute drive. It's a proper fishing port, busy, lots of places to eat. Port Isaac is along the coast, that's where they filmed Doc Martin. Boscastle and Tintagel are further up the north coast, both worth a trip if you like dramatic scenery and cliffs.
Bodmin Moor is right there if you want to go for a walk on the tors. It's wild up there.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The seating area has a TV and WiFi. It's all straightforward to use.
