This is Hoburne. It's a lodge on a holiday park near St Mabyn in Cornwall. It's detached, so it's just you. There's a patio with a garden area and a hot tub.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One has a king size bed, the other can be either twin beds or a super king. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well kitted out and finished to a high standard. Everything's included, like bedding, towels, and utilities. There's parking right outside.
Inside, it's open plan. The kitchen has everything, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a wine cooler if that's your thing. The living area has a TV and wifi. It's all very clean and comfortable.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a highchair if you need one.
The park itself has a golf course and a pub. You're in a rural spot, about six miles from Bodmin. From there you can get on the Camel Trail for cycling or walking. It goes all the way to Padstow. Bodmin Moor is close by for walks with good views.
The north coast beaches like Polzeath, Port Gaverne, and Harlyn Bay are within about half an hour. They're good for families, with rock pools and space. The villages of Port Isaac, Boscastle, and Tintagel are also nearby for a day out.
