Ladyvale Barn
Ladyvale Barn is on Bunny's Hill. It's a single storey barn conversion, detached. It's next to our driveway but you have your own privacy.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished and comfortable. The whole place has underfloor heating, which is good when it's chilly. The shower is a walk-in wet room.
You have a small patio right outside the bedroom's stable door with a hot tub. Beyond that, the garden slopes down to the river. There's a summerhouse down there for you to use, and a picnic bench. You're welcome to use our lower garden too, which has a large pond.
The place is very rural. You're right on the edge of Cardinham Woods. You can walk straight from the lane into 650 acres of forest. There are walking trails and mountain bike routes. There's a cafe in the woods, about a mile and a half in. It's a nice spot.
Inside, it's open plan upstairs. Kitchen, dining and living area all in one room. It looks out over the river and the woods. There's a Smart TV up there and another in the bedroom. The WiFi is good.
The nearest shop is about six miles away in Bodmin. The closest pub and restaurant is roughly five miles. For a beach, you're looking at Polzeath or Trebarwith Strand, which are about half an hour's drive.

Facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and bike storage. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
