The Old Classroom is in St Neot village, on the edge of Bodmin Moor. It's a converted Victorian school from 1872. It's attached to our house, but you have your own private entrance.
It sleeps five in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It has a 4 Star rating. The main room has a wood burner for colder nights. The kitchen doors open onto a decked balcony. It looks out over the village church and the pub.
The village shop and the pub are about a three minute walk. The pub does food. For bigger shops, you'd need to drive. Liskeard is about fifteen minutes away.
You're right on the moor for walking. Siblyback Lake is close by if you want watersports. The coast at Looe is about a 30 minute drive. Polperro is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes.
Being between the A30 and A38 means you can get to most of Cornwall within an hour. The north coast around Padstow is about 45 minutes. Fowey and the south coast are easier, maybe half an hour.
Facilities: It has parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
