Swallows Rest
Swallows Rest is in Redpost, Cornwall. It's a single-storey lodge in our garden. You're on your own, detached, with your own bit of patio out the front. The French doors open straight out to it.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside, open plan, and it's got a washing machine. The bed is made up for you when you arrive.
You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside.
The village shop and the pub are about two miles away in East Taphouse. For a beach, it's about ten miles to the coast. Polperro and Looe are the classic Cornish harbour spots nearby. Fowey is a bit bigger, good for a wander and a boat trip.
Bodmin Moor is a short drive north if you want proper moorland walks. Plymouth is about half an hour by car if you need a city or want to see the naval history.
