The Mill House
The Mill House is near the village of Mount, on the edge of Bodmin Moor. It's a converted corn mill from the 1790s. Sleeps eight, four bedrooms, two bathrooms.
It's a 5 Star property, which means it's comfortable and well finished. There are beams and stone walls, and it stays warm because of the ground source heat pump and solar panels.
There's a decent garden with a patio for sitting out, and a lawn. Inside, there's a wood burner in the living room. The games room has a full-size pool table and table football.
You can bring one dog. There's parking on site, and an electric vehicle charger.
The local shop and pub are in St Neot, about two miles away. For a bigger shop, Bodmin is a ten minute drive.
You're well placed here. The north coast beaches, like Polzeath or Daymer Bay, are about half an hour by car. So is the south coast, like Fowey or Looe. The Eden Project is roughly twenty minutes away. For a historic house, Lanhydrock is close by.
If you walk, Cardinham Woods is right there for trails. Cyclists use the Bodmin Beast trail. For moors, you can just head out the door onto Bodmin Moor.
