Gwel An Koos
This place is Gwel An Koos. It's in Cardinham, just outside Bodmin. It's a modern chalet, all on one level.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has two singles that can be zipped together to make a king-size if you prefer. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-finished. Everything's clean and works.
The main room is open plan. Kitchen at one end, living area at the other. Doors open out onto a decked area and then a private garden. The view is over fields. It's a quiet spot.
You're welcome to bring one dog. It's a great area for walks. Right from the door you can get into Cardinham Woods. There are proper walking trails and lots of mountain bike routes if that's your thing. It's good for kids and dogs.
The A30 is about half a mile away. That's useful. It means you can get to most of Cornwall within an hour. North coast beaches like Padstow are about half an hour's drive. The south coast, places like Fowey, are a bit further but still easily doable for a day out.
Bodmin itself is a few miles. You've got the steam railway there. The Lanhydrock estate is close by if you like walking in woodland or looking around a big house. The Eden Project is about a 40-minute drive.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
