The Stables is a few miles outside Bodmin in Cornwall. It used to be the stables for the main house, so it's a conversion. We live next door in the farmhouse.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's not huge, but it's been done up nicely.
You've got your own patio and garden area at the front. It gets the sun in the afternoon. There's parking right there.
The location is good because you're in the countryside but you're not miles from everything. Bodmin town is about two miles away for shops and a pub. You can get to the north or south coast in about half an hour.
For things to do, the Camel Trail for walking or cycling starts nearby in Bodmin. You can go towards Wadebridge and Padstow. The Bodmin and Wenford Railway steam train is there too. The Eden Project is a 20 minute drive. Bodmin Moor is right there if you want to go for a walk. Lanhydrock, that big National Trust house, is also close.
In terms of what's here, it's all the practical stuff. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. Sorry, no pets.
