The Stables
The Stables is on Bodmin Moor, about two miles outside the town. It's a conversion of the old stables. We live next door in the main house.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The main living space and one bedroom are on the ground floor. The patio and garden at the front are for your use.
You're right on the edge of the moor here for walking. Bodmin town is close for shops and the historic jail. The Camel Trail for cycling is very near, you can hire bikes in Bodmin and go to Wadebridge or Padstow.
For days out, the Eden Project is about fifteen minutes by car. The north coast is within half an hour: Port Isaac, Boscastle, Tintagel. The south coast too, like Looe and Polperro. Lanhydrock House, which is National Trust, is also close. You can get the steam train from Bodmin.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. Parking is on site. Sorry, no pets.
