Sloe Cottage
Sloe Cottage is in Withielgoose. It's a converted stone barn. It's all on one floor, which is good if you don't want stairs. It's part of a small group of barns, so you share the front courtyard with a few other cottages. You have your own patio area at the back.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom has its own shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The place is roomy inside. There's a big dining table. It has a wood burning stove for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fitted and has a dishwasher. There's a washing machine too. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
It's a short drive to the edge of Bodmin Moor. Good for walking. Wadebridge is about five miles away. That's where you can get on the Camel Trail cycle path. It goes right out to Padstow.
The north coast is about a 20-minute drive. Newquay is 15 miles for surfing. Padstow is about the same distance. You've got a lot of beaches within half an hour.
Facilities: there's parking on site, WiFi, a TV, a BBQ, and a highchair and cot if you need them.
