Sloe Cottage is in Withielgoose, near Withiel. It's about ten minutes from Bodmin Moor. The place is a single-level stone barn conversion, so everything's on one floor. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite.
It's got a 4 Star rating. The living area is roomy, with a big dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted. You share the courtyard at the front with the other cottage, but it's just the two places.
The facilities are pretty standard. There's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. We can take one well-behaved dog. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them.
Wadebridge is about five miles away. That's where you'll find supermarkets and the start of the Camel Trail for cycling. Padstow and Newquay are each about a fifteen-mile drive, so maybe half an hour depending on traffic.
For walks, you're right on the edge of Bodmin Moor. The coast and the South West Coast Path are within easy reach for a proper day out. There are a lot of good beaches within twenty miles.
