Eagle Owl Lodge

Eagle Owl Lodge is on the lane into Talskiddy. It's a detached wooden lodge. You're about five miles from Padstow, three miles from Newquay. It's quiet.

The place sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. One is on the ground floor. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and in good order. The main space is open plan.

Outside, there's a decent sized deck with a table. The garden is enclosed, which is good for a dog or kids. And there's a private hot tub.

It's across the road from the Birds of Prey Centre, which you can visit. There's also a golf course, The Reallack, right there. The nearest pub is about a quarter of a mile away.

For beaches, you're in the middle of a lot of good ones. Watergate Bay is close, maybe ten minutes by car. Porth and Lusty Glaze near Newquay are a bit further. Padstow harbour is about a fifteen minute drive. You can get the ferry over to Rock from there.

If you want to go further, Truro is about half an hour. St Ives and Fowey are possible for a day out, but it's a longer drive, maybe forty-five minutes to an hour with traffic.

Inside, it's got what you'd need: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. A travel cot and highchair are there if you need them. You can bring one dog.
