Chynoweth
Chynoweth is a bungalow in St Merryn. It's detached, in a quiet cul-de-sac on the St Merryn Park estate.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Being a bungalow, everything's on one level, which is handy. There's a garden room that leads out to the patio and the back garden. The garden is secluded.
The bungalow has a washing machine, a dishwasher, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one, and parking on the drive.
On the estate itself there's a bar and a restaurant, plus some tennis courts and a kids' play area. The village is about a mile away. It's got a shop and a couple of pubs.
Padstow is very close, maybe a five minute drive. It's a fishing town with lots of places to eat. The Camel Trail starts there, which is good for a walk or a bike ride. You can hire bikes in Padstow or Wadebridge.
You're about ten minutes from several beaches. Harlyn Bay and Trevone are the nearest. Constantine Bay is good for surf. If you want the big surf beaches, Newquay and Fistral are about half an hour down the coast.
Further afield, within about thirty minutes, you've got Port Isaac, Boscastle, and Tintagel Castle. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are about forty-five minutes to an hour away. There's a golf course at Constantine, which is just up the road.
