Kensa Toll is in Roserrow, Cornwall. It's a three bedroom cottage on a golf course estate.
The place sleeps six. There's a kingsize bed in the main room with an en-suite shower. The other two rooms have twin beds. There's a family bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs, so no queues.
The golf course it's on is called The Point at Polzeath. You can buy weekly memberships for the golf or the health club if you want. There's a bar and restaurant on site too. The view from the back looks west towards Pentire Point.
Polzeath beach is about a two mile walk down the valley. It's a big sandy beach, good for surfing. You can hire boards and wetsuits there in season. The village has pubs, shops, and places to eat.
You're close to other spots like Rock, Daymer Bay, and Trebetherick. The South West Coast Path is right there for walking. It's proper coastal scenery, but mind the cliffs.
The cottage has an open fire, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. The garden is enclosed. You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking.
