Kensa Toll

Kensa Toll is on the Roserrow estate, near Polzeath in Cornwall. It's a detached cottage with three bedrooms.

It sleeps six. There's a house bathroom upstairs and an en-suite shower in the main bedroom. There's also a downstairs toilet. You can bring two dogs.

The place is clean and comfortable, with a 4 Star rating. The open fire in the living room works and the woodburner is nice in the evenings. The kitchen has what you need. The patio doors lead out to an enclosed garden. The view from there looks west, over the golf course and towards the headland.

You're on the edge of the Polzeath Golf Course. You can book time at the club's gym, health club, or the golf course itself if you want to. There's a bar and restaurant on site too.

It's about a 15-20 minute walk down to Polzeath beach. It's a good surfing beach with lifeguards in summer. The village has pubs, shops, and places to hire boards.

For walks, you're right by the coast path. The walk out to Pentire Point is good. You can walk to Rock, Daymer Bay, or Trebetherick from here too. Be mindful of the cliffs with dogs.

Padstow is about a 20 minute drive. You've got Rick Stein's places and the harbor. Wadebridge is inland, maybe 15 minutes. For a bigger day out, Tintagel Castle and Port Isaac are both within half an hour.

Included in the facilities: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels, a cot, and parking right outside. The garden is enclosed.
