The Lily Pad
The Lily Pad is a detached bungalow on the edge of St Merryn. It sleeps ten, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms all on one level. That's handy if you don't want stairs. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main living area is open plan. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The dining table seats everyone. The kitchen is fine for cooking for a crowd.
It's on a holiday park, so there are other holiday homes and some permanent ones too. The park has a small shop, a bar that does food, some tennis courts you can use for free, and a kids' play area. There's also a field for walking dogs. You can bring one dog.
You're about three miles from Harlyn Bay, which is a good, sandy beach. Treyarnon and Porthcothan are also close. Padstow is about ten minutes away by car for shops and restaurants. Newquay is maybe twenty minutes.
If you want to go a bit further, the Eden Project is about forty minutes. The National Trust at Trevose Head is nearby for walks. For general planning, Visit Cornwall is useful.
At the house, there's a deck with a table and a barbecue. The garden is enclosed. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
