Nan-Tis is in Trevance. It's a detached cottage down a lane. It's quite old, probably 400 years. Has beams, slate floors, and a big fireplace. It's got a clay oven next to the wood burner.
It sleeps eight, four bedrooms. One bathroom. It's a 3 Star, so it's comfortable but not luxury. Takes one pet.
The garden's enclosed. There's a patio bit. It backs onto a farm field, so you'll see cows sometimes.
For the Camel Trail, the nearest access is a couple of miles up the road. Padstow is four miles away. That's where the harbour is, and the seafood restaurants. There's a pub half a mile away that does food. The nearest shop is about three miles.
Within about 30 minutes you've got a lot. Padstow, obviously. Rock and Polzeath are that way too. The Eden Project is about 25 minutes inland. Port Isaac is to the north. You've got several beaches within five miles, like Harlyn Bay and Constantine.
