Trelawny Court is an apartment in Pityme. It's on the ground floor, which is good if you don't fancy stairs. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy with that many people. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The living area is open plan and quite spacious. It leads out to an enclosed garden. It's private and gets the sun, a proper spot to sit out.
You're about a quarter of a mile from a shop and a pub in Rock. The pub does food. Rock itself has a few little shops and cafés. The beach is about a mile away, a nice sandy one. You can get the ferry over to Padstow from there, which takes a few minutes. Padstow has all the Rick Stein places and the harbour.
For walking, the coast path is right there. The walk from Rock around to Polzeath is very good. Daymer Bay is nearby, and St Enedoc church is in the dunes there. If you golf, St Enedoc and The Point at Polzeath are close.
Wadebridge is a short drive. That's where you can pick up the Camel Trail for a bike ride or a walk. You can hire bikes there or in Padstow. Port Isaac is about a 20-minute drive, that's the Doc Martin village. They sometimes have shanty singing on the quay.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair if you need one. No pets, sorry.
