Roosters Perch is on our farm, near St Kew. It's an attached barn conversion we did a few years back. It's for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable.
The place is all on one level. The main room is open plan. There's a kitchen area, a table for two, and a sofa looking out over the fields. The view is the thing, really. You get a proper view of the countryside.
Outside, there's a patio with a table and chairs. You get that to yourselves. Parking is right outside.
The village pub, the St Kew Inn, is about a quarter of a mile down the lane. It's a good pub, does food. Port Isaac is about three miles away. That's where they filmed the Doc Martin stuff. The coast path is there, and there are beaches like Daymer Bay and Polzeath a short drive away.
On the farm, there's a fishing pond with carp if you're into that. There's also a little nature trail through some woodland.
For things to do, the Camel Trail for cycling is close by. The Eden Project is about a 30 minute drive. So is Lanhydrock House, if you like those big National Trust places.
It's got what you'd need: wifi, TV, a washing machine, all bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
