Stable

The Stable is in Treligga, a small hamlet near Delabole. It's a converted building, one of several on the site. You get your own patio area with a table and chairs.

It sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on the ground floor.

The road to get here is narrow. It's a typical Cornish lane. You get a glimpse of the sea as you come down the hill.

There's no shop or pub in the hamlet. The nearest village is about a five minute drive. We leave a folder in the cottage with details.

The coastal path is very close. If you turn left and walk north, you'll get to Tintagel in about an hour and a half. The castle there is run by English Heritage. Keep going and you'll reach Boscastle harbour.

A small beach called Trebarwith Strand is half a mile away on foot. You can drive there in a couple of minutes.

Port Isaac is about a fifteen minute drive south. Polzeath beach is twenty minutes away. Padstow is half an hour by car. You can get the ferry from Rock to Padstow in the summer.

Bodmin Moor is inland, about twenty minutes away. For cycling, the Camel Trail from Padstow to Bodmin is good. National Trust Cornwall has maps for a lot of the local walks.

Inside, it's open plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included.

You can bring up to two dogs. The patio is enclosed.

There's an electric car charger. You need to bring your own cable. There's a charge for using it.

We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
