This is Meadwell. It's a stone cottage in Trebarwith, up high on a farm track. You look out over the valley towards the sea.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The ceilings are beamed and the floors downstairs are slate. There's a woodburning stove if you need it.
You're on a working farm. It's quiet. You'll hear sheep and the wind. You get a little patio out the front with a table.
It's about a twenty minute walk down the lane to get to Trebarwith Strand, which is a good beach. It's steep coming back up, mind you. The coast path runs right past the bottom of the farm.
There's a pub in the village about a mile and a half away. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Tintagel, which is two miles. Tintagel Castle is there if you're interested, run by English Heritage. Port William at the beach does food.
Other places nearby: Polzeath beach is maybe ten minutes by car. Boscastle is about fifteen minutes. The National Trust has a lot of the coastline here. The Eden Project is roughly forty-five minutes' drive.
What's here: WiFi, TV, washing machine, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot or highchair in if you ask. No pets, I'm afraid.
