Right, Violet Cottage. It's near Camelford in Cornwall. The cottage is one of five on a site called Juliots Well. They're all quite similar, each with its own little garden out the back that's fenced in.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept.
Downstairs is all open plan, living room and kitchen together. There's a wood burner, which is nice in the evening. You'll need to bring or buy your own logs for it. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The site is very tidy. Just up the lane, about 200 yards, is the Bowood Park Golf Club. You don't have to be a member to use the restaurant and bar there.
You're about five miles from the coast. Port Isaac is that way, and Tintagel and Boscastle are close too. The coastline round there is really spectacular. Good for walking, with lots of footpaths. The National Trust looks after a lot of it.
You can take up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside the cottage.
If you've got a bigger group, you can book Violet Cottage with some of the others next to it.
