Moor View
This is Moor View. It's in Delabole, Cornwall, which is inland a bit. You're about two miles from the coast at Trebarwith Strand.
It's a semi-detached house that sleeps eight. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The stairs are worth mentioning. They're in the living room and they're steep, narrow, and spiral. You get used to them, but you need to be careful.
The kitchen is a good size and leads into a conservatory dining area. That looks out over the enclosed back garden. You get a clear view across to Rough Tor on Bodmin Moor. There's a wood burner in the living room for cool evenings.
Delabole itself has what you need: a village shop, a post office, a chip shop, and a couple of pubs. All within a few minutes' walk.
Trebarwith Strand beach is the main one, about two miles away. It's sandy at low tide but disappears when the tide's in. You access it over some rocks. There's a cafe there in the season.
Port Isaac is ten minutes by car. Tintagel with the castle and the new footbridge is about the same. The South West Coast Path is right there for walking.
Facilities: it's dog friendly, up to two. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate.
