This is our house in Port Isaac, Driftwood. It sleeps eight and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, which is handy for a group not to queue. It's modern inside, and detached, so no neighbours through the walls.
The main living room is at the front. There's a smaller snug room at the back with doors to the garden. The kitchen has a big table and an island. There are patio doors from there to the garden as well. There's a utility room with a washing machine, and from there you can get into the garage to store bikes or surfboards.
The house has a 4 Star rating. Everything is included, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, that sort of thing. Parking is on the drive. There are ground floor facilities, which means step-free access to a bedroom and bathroom.
The village centre and harbour are about a five minute walk downhill. The streets are narrow and winding, it's the old fishing part. The beach is about the same distance. There's a shop, a pub, and restaurants nearby.
For walks, the South West Coast Path is right there. You can walk to Port Gaverne along it easily. Tintagel is about a 15 minute drive north, and Padstow is about 20 minutes south. If you fancy a bigger beach day, Polzeath is ten minutes away by car.
