This is Oakwood. It's in Trelights, which is not a town, more a scattered hamlet. It's quiet up here. The house sits on its own, detached, and you get the garden to yourself.
It sleeps eight, across four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. There's underfloor heating and a wood burner in the living room.
The garden is stone-flagged, enclosed and flat. It looks over the fields at the back. That's where the hot tub is.
You're well-placed for the coast. The closest proper beach, like for swimming and sand, is about two miles away. The South West Coast Path is less than a mile from the house for a good walk.
By car, you can get to Rock, Polzeath and Padstow in about ten minutes. Port Isaac is maybe fifteen. Tintagel Castle is twenty minutes or so, run by English Heritage. Wadebridge is a short drive for supermarkets.
The nearest shop and places to eat are nearly two miles away in St Kew. There's a pub about a mile down the lane, the St Kew Inn.
