Oakwood is in Trelights, which is just inland from the north Cornish coast. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. That's quite handy with a group. It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well equipped and comfortable. There's underfloor heating throughout. The lounge has a wood burner. The garden is a stone patio at the back, overlooking fields. It's enclosed. The hot tub is out there.
You're about two miles from the coast here. For a day at the beach, Polzeath is close for surfing. Rock and Daymer Bay are good for families. Padstow is a short drive for the harbour and restaurants. Port Isaac is the same, that's where they filmed Doc Martin. Tintagel Castle is about a twenty minute drive north.
The South West Coast Path is less than a mile away if you want to walk it. For a different kind of walk, the Camel Trail starts in Wadebridge, which is also close. You can hire bikes there.
There's a pub about a mile away. A shop and restaurant are a bit further, near the main road. You'll probably drive to them.
For facilities, it's got the washing machine, dishwasher, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. We take up to two dogs. There's parking on the drive.
