Lansant-An-Vre is on the edge of St Breock, a tiny hamlet. It's a two-up, two-down stone cottage. Solid. Quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been modernised where it matters, but the walls are thick old cob and the stairs are proper cottage stairs. There's a stairgate at the top. The garden is enclosed and gets the sun in the afternoon. It's a good spot to sit.
Inside, there's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are provided. There's wifi and a TV.
You're about five minutes by car from Wadebridge. There are shops, pubs, a cinema, and a big supermarket on the edge of town. The coast is about seven miles away.
You're right by the A39, the Atlantic Highway, so it's easy to get around. Padstow is about fifteen minutes north. The north Cornwall surf beaches like Polzeath and Constantine Bay are within a twenty minute drive. Bodmin Moor is about twenty minutes south.
