Lansant-An-Vre

The cottage is called Lansant-An-Vre. It's in St Breock, near Wadebridge. That puts you right in the middle of Cornwall, so you can get to both coasts fairly easily.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin. One bathroom up there too. There's a stairgate at the top.

It's a 4 Star place. It's comfortable and has everything you need. The walls are thick cob, so it's cool in summer. There's a wood burner for winter. The stairs are what you'd expect: a bit narrow and steep in parts. The garden gets the sun in the afternoon. It's enclosed, so it's private.

In terms of stuff: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. Electricity is covered. You can have a BBQ. No pets, sorry.

The location is very quiet. There's a big supermarket about half a mile away. Wadebridge is five minutes by car. They've got pubs, shops, a cinema, that sort of thing. The coast is about seven miles.

You're right by the Atlantic Highway, so getting around is simple. Bodmin Moor is close if you want hills. The north coast beaches like Polzeath and Daymer Bay are within a twenty minute drive. Padstow is about fifteen minutes. For the south coast, Fowey or Mevagissey are maybe thirty minutes.
