Bellagio

This is Bellagio. It's our place near Padstow.

It's in a quiet courtyard on a farm, but you're only about ten minutes by car from Padstow harbour. The house is joined to one other, but it's very quiet. You get two bits of outside space: a patio out the back that's quite private, and an enclosed lawn at the front.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable. The stairs have a stairgate fitted, which is handy.

Inside, it's all open-plan. We've tried to make it nice. There's a TV, wifi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can park right there.

We take one well-behaved dog.

Padstow is the main thing. Good restaurants, shops, and you can hire kayaks or paddleboards. There are a few sandy beaches within a couple of miles. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want to walk. There's a local golf course too.

For a day out, Tintagel Castle is about half an hour's drive up the coast. The Eden Project is roughly the same drive inland.
