It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's well kept and comfortable. You can bring one dog.
The place is light and quiet. It's in a tucked away spot, so you don't get passing traffic. The garden is yours to use.
You're a few minutes' drive from a lot of beaches. Constantine Bay has sand and dunes. Harlyn is good for surfing and has a decent pub. Porthcothan is nice for a walk. The nearest proper beach is about two and a half miles.
St Merryn village is five minutes away by car. There's a shop, a bakery, and a few places to eat. A pub is about a mile and a half away.
Padstow is very close. You can go for the day, get fish and chips, watch the boats. You can hire bikes there to go on the Camel Trail, which is flat and follows the river to Wadebridge. There's a passenger ferry from Padstow over to Rock as well.

Further afield, within about half an hour, you've got Port Isaac, which is that fishing village from the TV. Bodmin has a steam railway. Newquay, with its surf, is up the coast.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
