9 The Whitehouse is a penthouse apartment in Tregurrian, Cornwall. It’s on the north coast, a few minutes from Watergate Bay.
It's a modern building, one of a few in a development. You're right at the top. It sleeps four, but there's just the one proper bedroom with a double bed. The other two people would sleep on sofa beds in the living area. It suits a couple or a small family. There’s one bathroom.
It's got an open plan living space. It's a good size. There's a dishwasher and a wine cooler. You get your own patio area. Parking is on site. WiFi is included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
Watergate Bay is the main beach here, it's about a five minute drive. It's a long, sandy beach good for surfing. The Extreme Academy is there if you want lessons. It's between Newquay and Padstow, so you can go either way.
Within half an hour you can get to Padstow, Newquay town, or the Bedruthan Steps. The Eden Project is about 40 minutes away. For walking, the South West Coast Path runs right past here.
