9 The Whitehouse
Number 9 The Whitehouse is in Tregurrian, which is a small place just inland from Watergate Bay. It's a penthouse apartment, so it's on the top floor with views. You share the building with other apartments.
The apartment sleeps four. It's one bedroom with a king-size bed. There are also two sofa beds in the living area. They're fine for kids or two extra adults. One bathroom. It's a 4 Star rating, which means it's modern, clean and well looked after.
The living area is open plan. Kitchen, dining and sitting area all in one room. It's a good size. There's a dishwasher and a wine cooler. The patio is a balcony really, with a small table and chairs.
Watergate Bay beach is a few minutes' drive away, or a fifteen to twenty minute walk. It's a good, long sandy beach. Surfing there is popular. The Extreme Academy is based there if you want lessons. There's a pub and a couple of places to eat right on the beach.
Newquay is about ten minutes south by car. Padstow is about twenty minutes north. Both are busy with shops and restaurants. For bigger days out, The Eden Project is roughly half an hour's drive. The National Trust looks after lots of the coastal spots like Bedruthan Steps, which is a short drive away.
In terms of facilities, you've got the dishwasher, the wine cooler, WiFi, and parking on site. There's an electric vehicle charger. One well-behaved dog is allowed. Bedding is provided.
