Summer Breeze

Summer Breeze is our place in central Newquay. It's a first-floor apartment above our own house. You're right in the town, so it's about a two-minute walk to Towan Beach.

It's an open plan flat for two people. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen's new and has what you need for simple meals. The living area's compact but has a sofa and TV. The rating is 3 Star, so it's clean and functional. We keep it tidy.

It's a town centre location, so there can be a bit of noise in the evenings. The stairs up to the apartment are external and quite steep. There's no private parking, but the nearest pay-and-display car park is a three-minute walk.

You can walk to most things. The main shops, the seafront, the train station, they're all a few minutes away. Fistral Beach is about a twenty-minute walk. There are lots of pubs and restaurants nearby, all varied in style and price.

If you drive, Padstow is about half an hour. The Eden Project is roughly 45 minutes. For a good walk, the South West Coast Path runs right through town. You can head towards the harbour or out towards the headlands.

We allow one well-behaved dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's wifi. The electricity is part of the rental.
