Crest 64
Crest 64 is in Newquay. It's an end of terrace house about three minutes' walk from Fistral Beach. You can see the sea a bit from the front windows and properly from the roof terrace.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is a wet room on the ground floor. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything's been done to a high standard. Underfloor heating throughout. The layout is reverse level, so the main living area with the kitchen is upstairs to get the view.
Fistral Beach is the main one here, good for surfing or just watching it. The town centre is about a 15 minute walk away. All the usual shops and places to eat are there.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and Padstow. Truro is about half an hour as well if you need a bigger shopping centre.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, parking for one car on the drive, and an enclosed patio area with a BBQ. The roof terrace is accessed from the first floor living room. No pets, sorry.
