This is 2 Headland Point. It's a first floor apartment in a modern block in Newquay. You can see the sea from the living room.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. The master has an en-suite. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
Fistral Beach is the main thing. It's literally two minutes walk down the hill. You can see surfers from the window. The apartment has a small patio with a table and chairs facing the sea.
Inside, it's a good size. The living room is large. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's one allocated parking space.
To get in, there are three steps up to the main door, then you take the stairs or the lift to the first floor. There's an entry phone. Out the front there's a shared, fenced grass area.
Newquay town centre is a short drive or a 15 minute walk. For bigger trips, Padstow is about half an hour's drive. The Eden Project is roughly 40 minutes. You can walk a good stretch of the South West Coast Path from the door.
It has Wi-Fi. Bedding is included. No pets allowed.
