Little Lookover
Little Lookover is in Porth, just outside Newquay. It's a semi-detached cottage and sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It was refurbished a few years ago.
The main thing is the location. It's about 15 yards from the beach at Porth. A very short walk. The beach is sandy and good for families. There's a pub right on the sand across from the beach, which does food. A tea shop is about 25 yards away.
The cottage itself is open plan downstairs. There's a small patio area out the back. You can store bicycles. It has a dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car on site. No pets.
For walking, you can get straight onto the South West Coast Path. You can walk to Watergate Bay one way, or into Newquay the other. Newquay has all the shops and surf schools. The zoo is there as well.
Further out, you can drive to Padstow, Truro, St Ives, or Fowey. They're all within about an hour. If you're into history, there's a Bronze Age site on Porth Island.
