12 Zinc is an apartment in Newquay. It's on the raised ground floor of a building on the headland, so it looks right over Fistral Beach and the golf course. You get that view from the main living area and from a big terrace outside.
It sleeps six but there are only two bedrooms. One is a double, the other has bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, which helps. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is modern and clean, done up in a simple, bright way. It's not cluttered.
The terrace is a proper feature. It's about 30 feet long, so you can sit out there. The master bedroom has a balcony too. The main living space is all one room, with big windows to see the sea.
It's right on the coastal path, so you can walk straight out onto the headland. Fistral Beach is literally a two minute walk down the hill. The golf course is next door. The town centre is about a 15 minute walk.
For facilities, it's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's wifi. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
