12 Zinc is an apartment in a building on the headland, right above Fistral Beach in Newquay. It's a two bedroom place that sleeps six, with two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the view. You've got a big terrace off the living area and a balcony off the main bedroom. They look straight out over the golf course and the Atlantic. It's a modern place, quite bright and open.
You're basically on top of Fistral. The beach path is right there. It's a proper surf beach, so it can get busy in season. The building has a few apartments in it.
In the apartment, there's a dishwasher and a washing machine. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi. No pets, sorry.
Newquay town centre is about a fifteen minute walk. All the shops, cafes and other beaches are there. If you want to explore, National Trust Cornwall has good ideas, and the South West Coast Path runs right past.
Within half an hour you can drive to Padstow, or head inland to the Eden Project. Truro is about 40 minutes away if you need a city.
