This is Tregoona. It's in Crantock, which is a Cornish village just inland from the coast. It's a detached bungalow, so everything is on one level. That's useful if you don't want stairs.
It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It has a 4 Star rating, which covers the basics well. It's clean and comfortable.
The garden is a proper size, mainly lawn. It looks out over fields. You can sit out there. There's parking right by the house.
You're about a quarter of a mile from the village centre. There's a shop, a post office, a couple of pubs that do food, and some cafés. The beach is about a mile's walk down the lane. It's a big sandy beach. The River Gannel estuary is there too, which is good for birds.
Newquay is three miles away if you want surfing or bigger shops. Padstow is about a twenty-minute drive for restaurants and the Camel Trail. The National Trust has a lot of coastal sites nearby, like Trerice and Carnewas at Bedruthan.
Inside, it's got a wood burner, a TV, wifi, and a washing machine. There's a dishwasher too. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
