Lyndhurst
Lyndhurst is in Perranporth. It's a detached house up on the hill, so you get a good view over the town and the beach from the front.
It sleeps nine. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The layout is split level, which means there are a few steps between rooms inside. The main living area is upstairs. There are patio doors that open out onto a covered balcony. It's a good spot.
The beach is about half a mile down the hill. It's a big sandy beach, three miles long. Good for surfing or just walking. The town has shops, cafes, and a few pubs. The Watering Hole is a cafe right on the sand.

Facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking for a couple of cars on the drive. The garden is enclosed. You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
Newquay is about six miles away. Truro is seven miles. St Ives is about a thirty minute drive.
