This is Lyndhurst. It's ours. It's a detached house in Perranporth, up on the hill overlooking the town and the beach. You get a good view from up there.
It sleeps nine people in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which helps with a full house. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, not a show home.
The living area is upstairs, which is where the best views are. Big doors open onto a covered balcony with glass railings. It's a solid spot for a coffee or a drink in the evening. The garden is enclosed. Parking is on the drive.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. It has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
The beach is about half a mile walk down the hill. It's a huge sandy beach, good for surfing or just walking. The town centre with shops and places to eat is about the same distance. There's a pub half a mile away.
If you like walking, the coast path runs right through. The sand dunes at Penhale are a special conservation area. Newquay is about six miles up the road. Truro is seven miles. St Ives is about half an hour's drive, which is a nice day out.
