Springtide

This is Springtide. It's in Holywell, Cornwall. The house is a couple of minutes' walk from the beach at Holywell Bay. You really are right by the sand dunes.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside, comfortable. There's a big open plan living area with doors that slide right open onto the deck. Good for when the sun's out.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. One double and a twin. The third twin bedroom is upstairs. The stairs to it are a steep, open spiral staircase. You need to be careful on them. The upstairs room has a view towards the sea.

The kitchen has a Quooker tap for instant boiling water. There's a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site.

You can take two dogs. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings.

For things to do, you're set. The beach is there for swimming or surfing. The coastal path is right there for walking. There's a golf course locally. Newquay is about ten minutes in the car for shops and more beaches like Fistral.
