Quay House is on Porth Beach, just outside Newquay. It's part of an old Victorian house that's been converted. You've got your own steps straight down onto the sand.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That's useful. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-finished.
There are two steps up to the front door. There's a ramp as well. You get two parking spaces.
Newquay town centre is about a twenty minute walk along the coastal path. It's a nice walk. For surf, you've got Fistral Beach about a ten minute drive. The National Trust Cornwall page is good for local walks. The Visit Cornwall site has general information.
Inside, there's Wi-Fi and the basics you'd need. They leave some tea, coffee and wine for when you arrive. No pets.
