Above Towan At 8 Quay Court
This is a place we have in Newquay, right on the harbour. It's a flat, actually, but it's spread over a few floors. You're high up, so you get a good view of the sea from the living room and balcony.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. There's another shower room downstairs, which is handy for washing off sand. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean.
The living area is all open plan. The kitchen's part of that. It has what you need. There's a dishwasher. You can step out from the living area onto a balcony. There's also a roof terrace you have to yourselves.
Because you're up high, you're above most of the town noise, but you're still very close to everything. The town centre, shops, and places to eat are a short walk downhill. Towan Beach is just there. Fistral Beach is about a 15-minute walk.
There's parking on site for one car. You can bring up to two dogs. For surfers, there's a store on a lower level to rinse and keep wetsuits and boards. We've left some bodyboards and beach toys there you can use.

Just a note on the neighbours, it's a residential building. If you're outside on the balcony or terrace in the evening, just be mindful of the noise.
