Penthouse 47 Zinc is on Headland Road in Newquay. It's a two-bedroom flat on the top floor of a modern building.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well looked after. The main thing is the view. You get two balconies looking out over Fistral Beach and the town. You can see the sea from the kitchen.
It's open plan inside with high ceilings. There are TVs and WiFi. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower. The second bedroom has a bed that can be two singles or a king size. Both have access to a balcony.
You park in an allocated space in the basement. There's a lift up to the flat. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
Fistral Beach is a few minutes walk down the hill. The town centre and Towan Beach are about a fifteen minute walk. There's a local pub close by.
For a day out, you can drive to the National Trust places on the coast. The Visit Cornwall site has ideas. Padstow is about half an hour away, and Truro is roughly the same.
The flat has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair if you need one. No pets.
