Penthouse 47 Zinc is on Headland Road in Newquay. It's a modern flat on the top floor of the building.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed and its own shower room. The other bedroom has a zip-and-link bed, so it can be two singles or another king. There's also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well looked after.
The main thing about it is the view. There are two balconies. You can see right along the coast from the Headland Hotel, past Fistral Beach, back towards the town and Towan Beach. The living area is open plan and has high ceilings with big windows.
Fistral Beach is a few minutes' walk away. The town centre is also walkable, maybe a ten minute stroll downhill.
You get one allocated parking space in the basement car park. There's a lift up to the flat. The entrance to the building is wheelchair accessible, but I'd check with us about the flat's internal layout if you have specific mobility needs.
It has WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and TVs. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
For things to do, Newquay speaks for itself. For planning wider trips, the National Trust Cornwall and Visit Cornwall sites are useful. The South West Coast Path runs right past. Padstow is about a 30 minute drive, and the Eden Project is roughly 40 minutes away.
