Apartment 25, Crest Court
Apartment 25 is on the third floor at Crest Court in Newquay. The building is right opposite Towan Beach, so you get a full sea view from the main room. You can see Watergate Bay in the distance, and the harbour to the left.
It sleeps six in two bedrooms. One double with an ensuite shower, and one twin room. There's a second bathroom as well. It has a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean, feels quite new.
The living area is open plan. There's a big TV and a decent kitchen. The best thing is the window looking straight out to sea. You can sit and watch the surf.
Access is by a keypad entry system. There's a lift, or you can use the stairs. You get one allocated parking space at the front. Downstairs there's a locked store for bikes and surfboards, and an outdoor shower to rinse off sand.
You can walk into the town centre from here. It's busy in summer. For surfing, Fistral Beach is about a mile and a half down the coast.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. The whole place is wheelchair accessible at the entrance.
