This is 50 Bredon Court. It's a first-floor apartment in a block in Newquay.
It sleeps six but it's two bedrooms, so that's a king size bed in one room and bunk beds with a pull-out trundle in the other. There are two bathrooms, which helps. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside and clean.
The main thing is the view. You look right out over Newquay Golf Course to Fistral Beach and the sea. The balcony is good for that. You can sit out there.
Location is straightforward. You can walk to Fistral Beach in a few minutes. The town centre and harbour are about ten, fifteen minutes on foot. The golf course is right next to the building.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. You can bring two dogs. We provide a cot and highchair.
For walks, the South West Coast Path is right there. The Gannel Estuary is nearby. For other things to do, Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre does activities like coasteering. If you're driving, places like the Eden Project are within an hour.
