This is number 50 Bredon Court. It's a first-floor apartment in Newquay. The main thing about it is the view. You look straight out over Newquay Golf Course to Fistral Beach and the sea. You get the view from inside and from the balcony.
It sleeps six, but there are only two bedrooms. One has a king-size bed. There are two bathrooms, which helps when everyone's coming back from the beach. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine.
You can walk to Fistral Beach in a few minutes. It's the main surfing beach. The path down to the harbour and the town centre is also just there. The golf course is right next to the building, literally over the fence.
The balcony is decked. It's a good spot to sit out in the evening. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on site.
For a day out, the Eden Project is about 40 minutes away by car. You can walk along the coast path from the Gannel Estuary. It's good for birdwatching. If you want to try something like coasteering, Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre is nearby.
