This is 1 Cribbar. It’s a one-bedroom ground floor apartment, part of a recent building overlooking Fistral Beach. It’s mostly new inside.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It’s a 5 Star rating, which means it’s fitted out to a high standard. You get underfloor heating, a dishwasher, that sort of thing. There’s a private courtyard.
The location is the main thing. You’re essentially at Fistral Beach. It’s a few minutes’ walk down to the sand. The building has a surfboard storage area and a wash down for wetsuits. There’s underground parking you access with a key fob.
Newquay town centre is about a ten-minute walk for shops, cafes and pubs. The golf course is right across the road.
If you’ve got young children, we’ve left some things. There’s a cot, highchair, baby bath, bottle warmer and steriliser. Also some board games and DVDs.
It accepts up to two pets. WiFi is included. All bedding and towels are provided.
