The place is called Trenpeskador. It's an apartment, one of three in a building called the Quarter Deck. It's right on Porth Beach. You step out the front door and you're on the sand.
It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. The bedroom has an en-suite shower. The whole place is open plan – kitchen, living area, dining table. It's clean and modern. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You get one designated parking space, which is useful round here. The building has a few steps up to the entrance, and then everything is on the ground floor.
Porth Beach is sheltered, good for families. There are rock pools and a footbridge out to Porth Island. You can walk the coast path from the door. Newquay is about a five minute drive if you need supermarkets or a town. It's got a lot of beaches.
For days out, Padstow is about half an hour's drive. Port Isaac is a similar distance. The National Trust has a lot of coastal spots nearby. Visit Cornwall has good information for planning.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. Please just keep it off the furniture.
