This is 3 Harbour View, in Newquay. It's a ground floor apartment, so it’s level access from the car park, which is handy. You get one parking space just outside.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own shower room, and the twin room uses the other bathroom. The rating is 5 Star, which means it’s well-equipped and modern.
The living room has those French doors that open out. It's a Juliet balcony, so you can't step out, but you get the full view. The view is straight out over the harbour and Towan Beach. You can watch the boats from the sofa. There's also a small patio area with a table and chairs around the side.
It's really just across the road from the harbour. You can walk down to the beach in a few minutes. Fistral Beach is about a five minute walk in the other direction, up the hill. The town centre is a 15 minute walk if you want shops and cafes.
There's a pub next door. They do food and sometimes have live music in the evening. Newquay Golf Club is very close, just up the road.
For a day out, the National Trust has some great coastal spots nearby, like Trerice. The Visit Cornwall site is good for checking what's on.
Facilities: it’s got WiFi, a washing machine, TV, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a travel cot and a highchair if you need them.
