3 Harbour View
3 Harbour View is a ground floor flat in Newquay. It looks right out over the harbour. You get a clear view across to Towan Beach.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both king-size beds. One has its own shower room, and there's a second bathroom off the hall. Everything is on one level, so it's good if you have mobility issues or just don't want stairs. There's a small step out to the patio.
The living area is open plan. There's a sofa that folds out into a double bed if you need it. French doors open onto a Juliet balcony. Outside, there's a small patio with a table and chairs to sit and watch the boats.
You're allowed one well-behaved dog. Wi-Fi works. There's parking for one car, which is a plus in Newquay.
It's next to a pub. You can hear it sometimes, especially if they have live music. The town centre is about a 15 minute walk one way, Fistral Beach is about 5 minutes the other.
For a day out, the National Trust in Cornwall has lots of coastal walks and houses nearby. Visit Cornwall is good for general information. The South West Coast Path runs right past.
