Towan View
Towan View is in Newquay, right on North Quay Hill. It's a first floor flat above the surf shop. The shop's been there for years.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and the basics work. It's not a luxury place, but it gets the job done. The view from the main window is out over Towan Beach and the bay.
The front door is on the main street, so it's busy outside, especially in season. There's a pub about twenty yards from your door.
For the beach, Towan is just down the hill. It's about a three minute walk. Fistral is about fifteen minutes on foot.
The bus and train station are close if you don't drive. You can get the train to Par and change for the branch line to Fowey. Or go the other way to Truro.
If you want to explore, Padstow is about half an hour's drive, depending on traffic. The Eden Project is about twenty five minutes. St Ives is a bit over an hour. The National Trust and Visit Cornwall sites are useful for planning.
For facilities, you've got WiFi, TV, and your bedding and towels are there. There's a cot if you need it.
